What Fuels Me
My daily meditation practice keeps me sane and energized through the day as I juggle work and caring for my
20 month old daughter. When I'm not busy writing copy - I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching meditation workshops, learning music, and having endless phone chats with my mom and sister- in no specific order.
